1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for our services, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order by email at pan@benzio.net
2. The only refundable service is “Class Online/Service/E-book” as advertised on the website www.benzio.net only. Other services are not eligible for refund.
3. Any upgrade order is non-refundable.
4. Any add-on service is non-refundable.
5. In the case that we provided a data migration service from your previous provider, we will deduct the fee of such service from your refundable amount. The transaction fee will also be deducted from your refundable amount.
6. In the case that your invoice was paid by credit/debit card or PayPal, the refund will be reversed directly to the origin of your payment method.
7. If you violate our terms of services, we have the right to terminate your service immediately and no refund will be given.
